These Warranty Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the warranty coverage provided by MiniBikeWorld Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for children’s bicycles purchased through our online platform. By purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 All children’s bicycles purchased from MiniBikeWorld.co.th are covered by a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
1.2 This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, and chains.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

  • Products used for commercial purposes, rentals, or competitive activities.

  • Damage resulting from shipping, unless reported immediately upon delivery.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

3.1 To make a claim, customers must contact our Customer Service via email at support@minibikeworld.co.th or call us at +66 (0) 638215656, providing:

  • Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Detailed description of the issue and clear photographic or video evidence.

3.2 Upon verification, we will determine whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product to our designated service center in Thailand.

  • If the warranty claim is approved, the return shipping cost for the repaired or replacement product will be covered by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and comply with applicable Thai Consumer Protection regulations.
