Return and Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event that you wish to return an item, please contact us directly. You can return your item to us within 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, returned item(s) and its packages must be in the conditions according to the below guideline:

“Change of mind” means customers order any item(s) and changed their mind not to take the item(s) for the reason(s) other than Defective, Damaged, Expired, Missing item , Not as advertised , Incorrect item delivered, Size does not fit. Items eligible for return must be in their original condition , unused and in original package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 1 day.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is sometimes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@minibikeworld.co.th.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. In any case where you wish to return an item, please always contact us first.
